2. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to accurately display the descriptions, sizes, colors, and images of all children's clothing products. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions. Such minor discrepancies do not constitute product defects and are not valid grounds for free returns or disputes.

We reserve the right to adjust product styles, materials, and details based on product updates and market optimization without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars and are free of hidden fees. Free shipping is provided for all orders within the United States.

We accept various secure payment methods, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Full payment is required at checkout. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by the system within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, the payment transaction is considered final; any post-purchase requests are subject to our official Return and Refund Policy.

4. Order Placement and Cancellation Rules

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, contact details, and order specifications. Bowtique is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund without a processing fee prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped via UPS, it cannot be cancelled. If a customer no longer requires the purchased items, they must apply for a return and refund in accordance with our "Return and Refund Policy" after receiving the package.

5. Shipping and Delivery Terms

We partner with UPS as our official shipping provider. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, peak sales seasons, or unforeseen logistical issues.

We currently offer shipping services only within the United States and do not support international shipping.

6. Return, Refund, and Exchange Terms

All returns and refunds must comply with our official "Return and Refund Policy." Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

Clearance items, worn items, and customized products are not eligible for return or refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 – 7 business days.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Phoenix, Arizona.
