Bowtique is committed to the safety of every child who wears our clothing. All Bowtique products are manufactured in compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and applicable CPSC regulations.
Our Safety Commitments
- All products undergo third-party testing for lead content (CPSIA §101) and comply with the 100 ppm total lead limit
- All products comply with CPSIA §108 restrictions on phthalates
- All children's apparel meets the flammability requirements of 16 CFR 1610
- All products include proper CPSC tracking labels with manufacturer information, production date, and batch number
Age Grading & Safety Warnings
Products containing small parts, sequins, or decorative elements that may pose a choking hazard are clearly labeled with the following warning:
Parents and caregivers should always supervise young children when wearing clothing with decorative elements.
