5. Order Cancellation vs. Returns

Customers may cancel an order and receive a full refund before the item ships, without incurring any fees.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you no longer require the item, you must wait until you receive the package and then request a return and refund in accordance with this official return policy.
